When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. Therefore, the question of granting the relief of reinstatement of the petitioner would not arise.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
