Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to (a) direct the respondents to execute the sale agreement in respect of Plot No.7 in an extent of 5071 square meters of the Industrial Park in Survey No.39 of Mangalagiri Village in favour of the

petitioner and handover the possession of the said plot to the petitioner forthwith; (b) direct the 6th respondent to accord permission for conversion of the said plot to industrial use and (c) consequently, direct the 5th respondent to release the approved lay out of the aforesaid Survey Number forthwith. At the hearing, Mrs.B.Tara Sujatha, learned Counsel representing Mr.A.Hanumantha Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WVMP.No.2627 of 2013 and WPMP.No.45822 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
