HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.960 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 24.03.2015 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.10357 of 2015 in WP.No.7848 of 2015, wherein this Court granted interim direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2013, as per law.

When the matter is listed today, learned counsel for the respondent produced a copy of the order dated 29.06.2015 which is passed by the respondent in compliance of the order dated 24.03.2015 passed by this Court. As such, it cannot be said that the respondent violated the orders of this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the above said proceedings dated 29.06.2015. No order as to costs.
