HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5763 OF 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition challenging a conditional order passed by the Tribunal for the grant of stay.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.

3. At the time when the writ petition came up for admission on 20.03.2019, we granted a concession in the matter of condition imposed by the Tribunal. While the Tribunal directed payment of 20% of the outstanding within one week and another 20% within ten

(10) days, we sliced down the same to 10% each. But, even this condition could not be complied with by the petitioner. Therefore, we see no reason to interfere with the order of the Tribunal.
