THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4750 OF 2016 ORDER :

The lis in this writ petition is no longer res integra as unilateral cancellation of a registered document by the registering authorities is held to be bad and impermissible as held by this Court in similar fact situation in W.P.No.22160 of 2011 dated 24.11.2011.

Following the reasons alike in the W.P.No22160 of 2011, dated 24.11.2011, this writ petition is also disposed of. However, this will not preclude the unofficial respondent in invoking jurisdiction of competent civil Court under Section 31 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
