OFFICE NOTE 07.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2026 These two applications are filed to amend the order, dated 06.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.2492 of 2026 and to rectify the said order by correcting the description of the petitioner from 'Accused No.6 (A.6), to 'Accused No.5 (A.5)' wherever it occurs in the petition as well as in the order, respectively.

Heard.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these two applications are ordered, as prayed for.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the petition and thereafter to rectify/modify the same in the order, dated 06.03.2026 wherever it occurs and issue copy of order, dated 06.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.2492 of 2026 afresh to the parties concerned. .
