HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.415 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides and perusing the FIR and other material, the following order is passed at the admission stage. Investigation shall continue. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner/A7 that the petitioner is an employee of GERDAU Steel Plant, Veerapuram Village, Tadipatri Mandal, Ananthapur District and that his arrest may hamper his employment, petitioner/A7 is directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadipatri, Ananthapur District on or before 09.02.2015 and seek regular bail. If he does, the learned Magistrate shall enlarge him on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate. The petitioner/A7 is directed to cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
