THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.375 of 2018 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.31.10.2017 in W.P.No.36220 of 2017 passed by this Court directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of Acs.4.33 guntas of land in survey Nos.258/A, 259/A and 260/A of Jiblakpally Village, Bhoodan Pochampally Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District within six (06) weeks.

Counter affidavit is filed by the 4th respondent stating that he passed an order after considering petitioner's case on 02.02.2018, after allegedly conducting an enquiry. Therefore, I do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court 3.

Since the 4th respondent has passed order on 02.02.2018, petitioner is granted liberty to question the same, if he is aggrieved by it.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
