The writ petition was filed challenging the notification dated 24.06.2013 and consequential notice dated 26.09.2013 issued by the respondent calling applications from the O.C. candidates instead of S.C. Candidates for appointment of fair price shop dealership at Mamidipalli

Village, Saroornagar Mandal Ranga Reddy District. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the process of appointment went on and dealer was appointed. In view of the same, he submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and hence, it may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
