HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR C.R.P.No.1580 of 2003 O R D E R:

This revision is preferred against order dated 22.11.2002 in I.A.No.727 of 2002 in O.S.No.52 of 1999 whereunder the trial Court directed revision petitioner herein to deposit attached amount of Rs.1,94,608/- together with interest at 24% per annum from the date of receipt of the order.

As seen from the proceeding sheet, on 12.08.2011 learned counsel for the petitioner represented before this Court that he has already given up vakalat and on that this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner by deleting the name of Sri S.Ravi.

As seen from the record, office sent a notice to petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment due in February, 2014 and the same is served on the petitioner. But, petitioner neither appeared in person nor through any advocate. As seen from the proceeding sheet, this Court directed to post C.R.P.Nos.1587 and 1626 of 2003 with this C.R.P. and as per the record, those two CRPs were dismissed on 11.03.2011 by this Court.
