Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter is settled out of Court, the petitioner filed WP.MP.No.12522 of 2016 seeking permission of this Court to file Memorandum of Compromise.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that there cannot any compromises in the writ petition. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
