Aggrieved by the order dated 23.02.2017 in Crl.MP.No.338 of 2016 in Crl.R.P.No.57 of 2016 passed by the V Additional Sessions Judge, Kothagudem, this revision is filed by the petitioner, who is father of respondents.

Heard before admission and notice to respondents 1 and 2. 3.

For the revision, there is a bar under Section 397(3) Cr.P.C., it is taken under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and disposed of by directing the lower revision Court to decide main revision within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and by granting time to pay all arrears in three equal monthly installments by suspending the execution pending, if any. Even any failure to pay the first installment, the respondents 1 and 2 herein can execute the order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 5.
