THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.701 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award, dated 22.07.2011 passed in M.V.O.P.No.858 of 2009 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Tanuku.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 02.06.2015 before the Registry. Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
