Crl.Petition No.2252 of 2O23 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Crimina! Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.2046 of 2022 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners confines thier prayer to dispense with the personal appearance of petitioners as it is very difficult for them to appear before the Court on each and every date t I , I of hearing.

Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the attendance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.l and 2 therein is dispensed with in C.C.No.2046 of 2022 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, when represented by
Crl.Petition No.2252 of 2023 their counsel on record. The attendance of the petitioners are dispensed subject to filing an affidavit by the petitioners stating that in their absence the proceedings conducted by their counsel will not be disputed by them in any manner and also they shall not dispute their identity. However, the petitioners shall appear before the learned Magistrate as and when their presence is required. In the event of the petitioners failure to appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing their attendance would stand cancelled. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Needless to Sdy, in the event of the petitioners filing an application seeking discharge, the concerned Court shal! dispose it off on merits within a period of four weeks.
