HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 242 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 05.3.2007 passed by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, in I.A.No. 307 of 2007 in O.S.No. 28 of 2007.

As seen from the record, the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, vide his letter dated 6.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 28 of 2007 was decreed on 27.7.2015. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
