Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that Cr.No.541 of 2012 is not yet investigated and no charge-sheet is filed by the 4th respondent. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the investigation was completed and a charge-sheet was filed on 10-03-2015 before IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally. However, cognisance thereof is not yet taken. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that from the jurisdiction point of view, the charge-sheet is required to be filed before XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally.

In any case, since the 4th respondent has already filed charge-sheet as stated above, he will take necessary further steps as required under law expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
