This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Code of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 05.11.2013, of the learned Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar; Ranga Reddy District, passed in I.A.No.2272 of 2012 in O.S.No.650 of 2011. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit itself was disposed of on 10.11.2014. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
