When the matter is called, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vizianagaram vide proceedings Rc.No.169/2016/G, dated 10-03-2017 cancelled the authorization of the petitioner herein and passed final orders and a copy of the same is placed on record.

In view of the above development, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open to him. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
