ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the second respondent i.e., Ranger, A.P.Forest Department (North Range), Bhupalapalli, Bhupalapalli Mandal, Warangal District, A.P., in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioners in an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas in Sy.No.393/1/15, 38 of Tirumalagiri (V), Regonda Mandal, an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.393/1/10, an extent of Acs.2.12 guntas in Sy.No.393/1/7, 63, an extent of Ac.0.24 guntas in Survey No.393/1/29 and an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas in Survey No.393/1/13 of Tirumalagiri Village of Regonda Mandal, Warangal District, A.P.

, respectively as unjust, arbitrary and illegal and direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to interfere with possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in the above mentioned lands after calling for the records." At the hearing, it is not disputed that the issues raised in this writ petition are similar to those raised in W.P.Nos.

of 2011 and that by order, dated 01.07.2015, this Court has allowed the said writ petitions with certain observations and directions. Therefore, for the same reasons as contained in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed with direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.31708 of 2011 and W.V.M.P.No.3954 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
