HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO ASMP No.2503 of 2015 & A.S.No.3630 of 2003 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is directed against the decree and judgment dated 25.09.2003 passed in O.S.No.85 of 2001 by the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Subsequent to filing of this appeal, both the parties entered into compromise and settled the matter outside the Court.

Today, both the parties are present before this Court and stated that they amicably settled the matter at the intervention of the elders and well-wishers and therefore, they seek to record the terms of compromise entered into between them.

Considering the fact that both the parties are senior citizens and agreed to receive the

proceeds of suit schedule property in the ratio of 40 : 60 i.e., appellant 40% and respondent 60%, A.S.M.P.No.2503 of 2015 is ordered and the suit is decreed in terms of compromise.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
