THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.22521 OF 2004 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularising the services of the petitioner in the post of Junior Lecturer in Commerce as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner in the post of Junior Lecturer in Commerce in the fourth respondent-College. At the time of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is intending to withdraw the writ petition and he filed a letter received from the petitioner to that effect. Permission is granted.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
