JUDGMENT:- On 11.04.2016, when the matter was called, none appeared for the appellants nor was made any representation on their behalf, as such, this Court, while adjourning the matter directed that it should be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, nobody has appeared nor is made any representation on behalf of the appellants. The learned counsel for the respondents is present and he has reported ready. It seems that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Second Appeal, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
