It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents 3 to 7 who are given up in the present Writ Petition are stated to have got pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the property of an extent of Ac.6.03 cents situated in Virupasamudram village, Amarapuram Mandal, Anantapur district.

It appears that the petitioner filed O.S.No.39 of 2013 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Hindupuram and the same is pending. However, against the pattedar pass books and title deeds issued in favour of the unofficial respondents, the petitioner states that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent in the year 2013 and when the same is not disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions, submits that the appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent. 4.

In view of the pendency of appeal before the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits or jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and by giving appropriate notice to

the affected parties, dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
