THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5802 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "..........Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in withholding the compensation payable to the petitioner for the land belonging to him to an extent of Ac.4-01 gts in Sy.No.408 of Peddur village, Sircilla Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District through his proceedings No.B/1058/2017, dated .01.2019 on the pretext of pendency of the WP.No.18568/2018 though the petitioner is not a party to the said proceedings and the subject matter is not for the subject property of the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary........."

Admittedly, petitioner has not approached the respondent authorities making a claim that he is entitled for compensation to the land belonging to him to an extent of Ac.4-01 gts in Sy.No.408 of Peddur Village, Sircilla Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District and clarifying that W.P.No.18568 of 2018 has no relevance to his property and that he is not a party to the said writ petition. Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Land Acquisition Officer setting out the facts and clarifying that W.P.No.18568 of 2018 does not relate to his property and that he is not a party to the said writ petition, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
