HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36726 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of the second and third respondent in considering the representations dated 22.12.2014 and 12.01.2015 made by the petitioner in Prajavani, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the representations dated 22.12.2014 and 12.01.2015 made by the petitioner, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for revenue submits that if the representations are still pending, the same may be directed to be considered, in accordance with law.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representations dated 22.12.2014 and 12.01.2015 made by the petitioner in Prajavani, if it is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
