THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5502 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in P.R.C.No.30 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Jangaon, Warangal District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
