The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent, who is her neighbour, is making construction by deviating from the sanctioned plan, without leaving necessary setbacks, thereby affecting the petitioner's right. Setting out her grievance, she made a representation to the Zonal Commissioner, GHMC on 02.03.2019, and the same is not being acted upon and the 4th respondent is proceeding with the construction. Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 shall consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2019 and take necessary action by following due procedure prescribed under law. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
