ORDER
The present criminal revision case is directed against the docket order dated 26.11.2015 passed in C.F.R.No.4365 of 2015 in Cr.No.229 of 2015 by the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.
2. The petitioner, who is the owner of the vehicle i.e., Ashok Layland Goods Carriage bearing No.AP 27W 3689, filed the impugned application seeking to return the said vehicle to him. By the order impugned, the trial Court passed the following order; "How the petition is maintainable in view of Section 6-E of Essential Commodities Act, 1955. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed the present revision.
3. Heard and perused the material on record.
4. Since the impugned application was returned on the ground of maintainability, the petitioner has to give a reply informing the Court about the maintainability of the said application. Without giving such a reply, the petitioner approached this Court. In view of the same, if any reply filed by the petitioner explaining the maintainability of the application, the learned Magistrate is at liberty to pass appropriate orders, and if there is any grievance against such an order, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
