Sri Mohd.Mujahid, learned counsel representing Sri Mohd.Shafiuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has been settled out of Court.

In that view of the matter, this contempt case does not survive for consideration on merits and is accordingly closed. Application No.728 of 2017 shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
