Sri K.Rambhupal, appearing in-person seeks permission to withdraw Crl.P.M.P.No.1887 of 2016. He also filed Crl.P.M.P.(SR) No.6446 of 2016 seeking permission to withdraw Crl.P.No.2787 of 2011.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Crl.P.M.P.(SR) No.6446 of 2016 is allowed, Crl.P.M.P.No.1887 of 2016 and Crl.P.No.2787 of 2011 are dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
