Petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not selecting the petitioner as fair price shop dealer of Shop.No.0442040 and selecting the unofficial respondent, who secured lesser marks than the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
Counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal against the orders impugned in the writ petition.
