Heard both sides.

2) In the interest of justice, the order dated 06.12.2017 in I.A.No.565 of 2017 in O.P.No.15 of 2017 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District and Sessions Judge at Nalgonda is modified to the effect that the respondent shall bring the minor children on every Saturday at 10.00 AM to the Court and handover to the petitioner to enable him to spend with the children till 5.00 PM and thereafter the respondent can take back the children.

3) The CRP is accordingly disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
