THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T APPEAL Nos.301 and 305 OF 2018 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) These writ appeals were preferred by the writ petitioners in W.P.Nos.3383 and 3338 of 2018 respectively aggrieved by the separate orders dated 05.02.2018 passed therein by a learned Judge of this Court. By the said orders, the learned Judge admitted the aforestated writ petitions and directed the interlocutory applications therein to be posted after three weeks. It is therefore manifest that the learned Judge has not dismissed the interlocutory applications filed by the appellants/writ petitioners.

We find no decision having been taken by the learned Judge which can be subjected to appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent. That being so, no interference is called for in exercise of appellate jurisdiction. As the learned Judge has already directed the interlocutory applications filed by the appellants/writ petitioners to be listed after three weeks, the Registry is directed to take steps accordingly. Subject to the above direction, the writ appeals are dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
