HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30195 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in refusing to receive the application of the petitioner seeking amendment of revenue records in respect of the land in Survey No.55 to an extent of Ac.1.41 cents of Korrapadu Village, Medikonduru Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.09.2016.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the petitioner is has not submitted his application under Form 6 A, it is open for the petitioner to file application in Form 6A along with necessary documents and on such application being made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law after considering the documents submitted by the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
