HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. NAVEEN RAO W RI T PETI I TI ON No.5 7 9 3 of 2 0 1 9 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed alleging that respondent Nos.4 and 5 facilitated forcible eviction of the petitioner and her family from the house bearing No.2-44, Satamrai Colony, Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District through respondent Nos.6 to 12.
2.
Except making a vague allegation against respondent Nos.4 and 5, police officers, no material is placed on record to show that they were involved in throwing the petitioner and her family out of their house. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.
