THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7371 OF 2011 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed alleging that the petitioner is not being continued as Field Assistant in spite of the order passed by the appellate authority on 14.09.2010.

2. By order, dated 22.03.2011, in W.P.MP.No.9188 of 2011, this Court directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to function as Field Assistant.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 represent that pursuant to the interim order, dated 22.03.2011, petitioner is continuing as Field Assistant and no further orders are required to be passed.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
