THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1990 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the order dated 04.03.2014 passed in CC.SR.No.897 of 2014 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally and the consequential F.I.R.No.244 of 204 on the file of the Kukatpally Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed final report in the said case stating that the dispute is civil in nature and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
