HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23930 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.E2/255(18)/2002-RM'Q' Kurnool Region, dated 14.11.2002 and the consequential Proceedings dated 20.10.2003, issued by the Regional Manager, Kurnool, in so far as re-categorizing petitioner from Attender to Shramik, and consequently to set aside the same by directing respondents to continue petitioner as Attender.

This Court granted interim order as prayed for on 13.11.2003 vide WPMP No.30084 of 2003 and subsequently interim order was made absolute on 07.12.2004.

Advocate for petitioner submitted that petitioner continued in service in view of interim order and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
