The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the respondents and their subordinates in interfering with the affairs of the petitioner's schedule property in Survey Nos.317, 318 and 313 situated at Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, which are civil in nature, at the instance of area land grabbers as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions stated that the respondents never summoned the petitioner to police station nor interfered with his civil disputes. Recording the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
