THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.1535 of 2022 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.25 of 2022 pending on the file of the Station House Officer, P.S. Ramakrishnapur, Mancherial District, has already completed investigation and filed charge sheet and Calendar Case number is awaited.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition to challenge the very same charge sheet.

Granting liberty as sought, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
