Despite the Writ Petition is posted under the caption 'for orders', the learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent nor any representation is made on his behalf.

The relief sought for in the Writ Petition relates to granting of lease hold rights in favour of the petitioner-society for the period commencing from 1.7.2014 to 30.6.2015, which period was already over.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
