This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.371 of 2015 in O.S.No.266 of 2008 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, at Godavarikhani. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.266 of 2008 and as such the revision petition became infructuous. As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.266 of 2008 on 13.04.2017. In view of the disposal of main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
