05.06.2023 ML,J IA No.1 of 2023 This application is filed by accused to alter the conditions imposed in the bail granted by this Court on 09.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2162 of 2023.
In Crl.P.No.2162 of 2023, the condition imposed was that the petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer, Tandur Police Station, Vikarabad District, on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid condition is causing much inconvenience to the petitioner and his presence is unwarranted The learned Public Prosecutor opposed this application.
The petitioner was charged for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (1), 363 IPC and Sections 3 read with Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions partly imposed in the order dated 09.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2162 of 2023.
In the result, the application is partly allowed modifying the order dated 09.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2162 of 2023 to the effect that the
