This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the official respondents in not repairing the public road, as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act and also in contravention to the Grampanchayat layout No.405, dated 01.07.1970 and sanction vide HUDA No.2518/P4/H/07, dated 29.03.2007 and GHMC town planning, Kukatpally No.BA/G1/591/1138, dated 30.03.2007...."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3, Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.4 and Sri M.S.N.Prasad, learned counsel for respondent No.6.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3/Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation submits that already tenders were called for and work was entrusted to the contractor vide Work Order No.D17140031301/EE/Division14/DB/GHMC/2014-15 dated 13.01.2015. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
