ORDER

The petitioner claims that he has interest over the land admeasuring Acs.19-00 in Sy.No.41/2/1 in Kanchanbagh Village, Bandlaguda Mandal, Hyderabad District. In spite of making representations on 16.9.2015 and 8.2.2016, seeking certain information about the proceedings said to have been issued with respect to the said land, the respondentauthorities have not responded. Hence, the writ petition. In normal circumstances, this Court will not entertain this type of writ petitions and dismiss the same by allowing the petitioner to seek information under Right to Information Act.

Considering the nature of the grievance of the petitioner and also considering the fact that for some reason or the other, this matter was pending from 7.7.2017, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to treat the representations alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner on 16.9.2015 and 8.2.2016 as the one filed under the Right to Information Act, and furnish the information sought by the petitioner by way of registered post to his address i.e., K.Sai Reddy, s/o K.Tirupathi Reddy, aged about 74 years, R/o 16-1-24/176/203, SV Heights, Near Ramalayam Temple,

Saidabad, Hyderabad 500 059, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
