Sri K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 27.01.2016 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel further seeks liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
