The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject Suit in O.S.No.745 of 2016 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ ST (POA) Act - cum - VII Additional District and Sessions Judge at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, was disposed of on 05.06.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit. 2 .

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
