Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, time is extended for a further period of ten (10) days and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad within ten (10) days from the date of this order. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.
