THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3187 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 28-10-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.4907 of 2014 in C.C.No.267 of 2010 on the file of the III Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Tirupathi.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the above C.C. as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the above C.C.No.267 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision case shall stand closed.
