Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"....to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in Sy.No.231-L to an extent of Ac.4.17 Cts., of the 1st petitioner, in Sy.No.232 to an extent of Ac.4.35 Cts., of the 2nd petitioner and in Sy.No.232 to an extent of Ac.4.36 Cts., of the 3rd petitioner situated at Pasuluru Village, Peddapappuru Mandal, Anantapur District in spite of conclusion of enquiry about two years back under the A.P. Rights in Lands of Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 is illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattdar pass books and title deeds in respect of the above stated lands in favour of the petitioners forthwith." 3.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the Tahsildar, Peddapappuru Mandal, Anantapur District (R.4) to pass appropriate orders on the Form-6 application submitted by the petitioners for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands mentioned above. It is his case that though
CPK,J WP_41883_2016 enquiry has been completed two (02) years back, till date the request of the petitioners is not considered.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the application submitted by the petitioners is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Recording the statements made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Peddapappuru Mandal, Anantapur District (R.4) to dispose of the 6-A application submitted by the petitioners for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in favour of the petitioners in respect of the land in Sy.No.231-L to an extent of Ac.4.17 Cts., of the 1st petitioner, in Sy.No.232 to an extent of Ac.4.35 Cts., of the 2nd petitioner and in Sy.No.232 to an extent of Ac.4.36 Cts., of the 3rd petitioner situated at Pasuluru Village, Peddapappuru Mandal, Anantapur District, in accordance with law, if not already considered, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) to six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioners and the aggrieved persons, if any.
